New E-Class Cabriolet is model for all seasons
A highly appealing and emotionally charged Cabriolet is the latest addition to the successful Mercedes-Benz E-Class line-up. The open-top two-door model, which goes on sale in the first quarter of 2010, features a classic fabric soft top, making for a stylistically pure cabriolet feeling.

VOLVO XC60 NAMED “FAMILY CAR OF THE YEAR”
The Volvo XC60 took first prize in the “Family Car of the Year” category in the first-ever Women’s World Car of the Year competition. All told, 21 cars competed in four categories when eight female motoring journalists from seven countries voted for their favourite cars.

“It is naturally immensely gratifying that women appreciate the Volvo XC60 and that our product meets their requirements. With the Volvo XC60 we feel we have truly succeeded in creating a car that appeals to many different customer groups,” said Johan Rasmusson, Car Line Manager for the Volvo XC60 and XC90 at Volvo Cars.

SUCCESSFUL 24 HOURS ENDURANCE RUN PROVES NISSAN ALTIMA IS THE BEST IN ITS SEGMENT

On the 23rd & 24th December, at the City Center outside parking lot in Seeb (near Al Makkan Coffee Shop), 2 Nissan Altima cars were taken through a ‘non-stop run’ by expert drivers who know how to test a car. A rally track, complete with sharp bends and other hazardous turns, was set up.

What was proved in those 24 hours was ‘how good is the Altima’? Did the engine have stamina to run from one evening to another? Was the suspension good enough to make the entire ride comfortable?
